The EA013 provides an accurate, low noise current source for calibration of sensitive electrometers and multimeters with high accuracy low level current inputs.
The EA013 has been designed specifically to answer a problem posed by many laboratories; using a unique circuit to convert the low noise voltage output from the calibrator into a precision low noise current avoids the use of external high resistance standards and minimises the chance of damage with high voltages.
As multimeters add more accurate low current ranges, traditional multi-product calibrators lack the precision and noise level for accurate calibration. With the EA013 pA source adapter, calibration of these instruments becomes simple
